Experience the fascinating world of creature building with the use of joints, bones, and muscles. The possibilities are endless as you unleash your imagination! Discover the incredible capabilities of a neural network and a genetic algorithm working together to enable your creatures to independently learn and improve at their assigned tasks.

Please note that this is not a game, but a highly engaging simulator. If you are not intrigued by concepts such as natural selection, genetic algorithms, and synergistic neural networks, then this may not be the right application for you. For everyone else, read on!

The tasks offered in this simulator include running, jumping, and climbing. Can you construct the ultimate creature that excels at all of these challenges?

It is crucial to emphasize that there are no predefined objectives in this simulator. Even if one of your creatures accomplishes 100% fitness, you receive no tangible rewards other than the thrilling satisfaction and enjoyment it brings.

Another important point: This simulation places significant demands on your CPU and may cause crashes on older or low-powered devices. If your device falls below the minimum performance requirements, we strongly advise against downloading this app! If you experience lag, reducing the population size in the start menu might enhance the frames per second (fps).

For more detailed insights into the underlying algorithm and other relevant information, simply click on the question mark icon in the creature building scene.

In version 1.1 update, simulation progress can now be saved and loaded.

Besides this mobile version, there are also Mac and PC versions available for download as well as a browser version awaiting your exploration on our project's main website at keiwan.itch.io/evolution.
